Two months have passed by since my first visit to your office. I have kept up faithfully the diet that you gave me and am trying to follow your instructions as closely as I can.
Dr. D’Adamo, when you first saw me, you told me to have patience, because one cannot undo overnight a condition acquired over many years through bad eating and living habits we are all exposed to: a fast pace, tension, lack of sleep and plastic foods lining the shelves of our supermarkets. I had obviously done a very good job on myself; however, sub-consciously I always knew that eating anything but good, wholesome and natural food was the key to good health, but whenever I mentioned nutrition to any of the doctors, they just shrugged it off.
Now I do not have to wake up in the morning wondering whether I’ll be able to get out of bed and function and what it is going to be like in ten or fifteen years from now.
I am in my forties now and am looking forward to a healthy and productive future, thanks to you.
God bless you, and keep up the good work.
